Section A: Country Pavilions
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Specifically designed Country Pavilions are available accommodating max. of 5 Exhibitors (5 booth/s space per Country Pavilion) and do confirm your space with respective Country’s Tourism Authorities/Boards on space availability.
Each Country Pavilion measures 6.5 ft x 32.8 ft as shown in layout design.
Country Pavilions (as shown in exhibit) are inclusive of:

5 exhibition spaces (5 booth spaces per Country Pavilion)

floor space measuring 2m x 2m, back wall width 2m, side wall elements 1m, (in width), and height of wall elements 2.5m

1 table & 2 chairs (per booth)

socket (power supply) & lighting

registration fee & space rental
Exhibitor space is priced at CHF 2,500.00 per booth.
Country Pavilions are priced at CHF 12,500.00 per Pavilion.
Early Bird Offer 20% is accorded for bookings received and confirmed before Friday, May 29, 2026 (for Country Pavilions & Exhibitor space).
There would only be 24 Country Pavilions (back-to-back) representing 120 Exhibitors only.

Country Pavilion Exhibit
EXHIBITORS
only pre-registered exhibitors who are badge holders are permitted to attend Indian Ocean Tourism Mart event;
exhibitors will not be able to register onsite during the event;
exhibitors must print respective badges and present badge at Indian Ocean Tourism Mart event;
badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else; and
exhibitors must register at http://indianoceantm.com/ to be approved official exhibitors
exhibitors must be involved in the travel trade, tourism industries and/or associated industry/s
Visitors
-
a Visitor Fee amounting to CHF 35.00 per person is imposed for Indian Ocean Tourism Mart.
-
visitors are permitted entrance to Indian Ocean Tourism Mart on Saturday & Sunday, November 28 & 29, 2026;
-
visitors are permitted to take photographs, film videos or make any form of recording at Indian Ocean Tourism Mart event;
-
no one under the age of 12 will be able to attend Indian Ocean Tourism Mart;
-
visitors must be dressed appropriately with no offensive apparel, and the right to refuse entrance and remove anyone remains the prerogative of the Organizers;
-
visitors attending Indian Ocean Tourism Mart must not take part in any canvassing, leafleting, demonstrations, objectionable behavior or be involved in any activity which may disrupt Indian Ocean Tourism Mart.
